What is Word to PDF?
nutoolz Word to PDF extracts the text content from a .docx file (using mammoth) and writes it to a fresh PDF (using pdf-lib) with word-wrap and pagination. Text content is preserved; formatting, images, tables, and inline styling are dropped in this version. Conversion runs in your browser — no uploads.

Frequently asked questions
Are images and tables preserved?
Not in this version. Only the text content is converted. Full-fidelity DOCX-to-PDF that preserves images, tables, and styling is on the roadmap.
Which Word file format is supported?
Modern .docx files (Word 2007 and later). Older .doc files are not supported — open them in Word or LibreOffice and save as .docx first.
Is the conversion accurate?
For plain text and simple documents, yes. For complex documents with tables, images, columns, or custom styles, the output is text-only and loses visual layout.
Is my Word file uploaded?
No. mammoth parses the file and pdf-lib writes the PDF entirely in your browser. The file never leaves your device.
